InCharge Education Foundation, Inc. (ICEF) is required to disclose the following
information to all debtor students before the debtor student pays for a course:
- Our Bankruptcy Education Course is not currently approved in the Northern District
of Alabama and the Eastern District of North Carolina.
- The debtor student is asked to contribute a course fee of $25, whether the instruction
is provided online or in a classroom environment.
- The debtor student must provide Bankruptcy Case Number and Judicial District during
course registration.
- All ICEF instructors hold at least one of the following current certifications and/or
accreditations, or possess equivalent training or experience: a state teacher’s
certificate, certified credit counselor, or certified financial planner.
- The online course is available to debtor students at any time via Internet access.
- ICEF does not pay or receive fees or other consideration for the referral of debtor
students to ICEF.
- The course is provided to debtor students without regard to the student’s ability
to pay the stated fee.

Once the certification process has been completed, InCharge Education Foundation will fax, mail or email a copy of the certificate to the individual(s) as requested by the client during the registration. The client is solely responsible for following up with his/her attorney to ensure that the certificate has been received. The InCharge Education Foundation will not be held liable for certificates that are lost in transition, however, we will resend the certificate at the client's request.
