InCharge Education Foundation, Inc. (ICEF) is required to disclose the following information to all debtor students before the debtor student pays for a course:

• Our Bankruptcy Education Cousre is not currently approved in the Northern District of Alabama and the Eastern District of North Carolina.
  
• The debtor student is asked to contribute a course fee of $25, whether the instruction is provided online or in a classroom environment.
   
• The debtor student must provide Bankruptcy Case Number and Judicial District during course registration.
   
• All ICEF instructors hold at least one of the following current certifications and/or accreditations, or possess equivalent training or experience: a state teacher’s certificate, certified credit counselor, or certified financial planner.
   
• The online course is available to debtor students at any time via Internet access.
   
• ICEF does not pay or receive fees or other consideration for the referral of debtor students to ICEF.
   
• The course is provided to debtor students without regard to the student’s ability to pay the stated fee.
   
• Upon completion of the course, ICEF will provide a certificate of course completion to the debtor student.
